The Walbrzych Special Economic Zone „INVEST-PARK” was established in 1997 and covers 174 communes located in 3 Voivodeships of south-western Poland (Dolnośląskie, Opolskie and Wielkopolskie Volvodships). The main advantages of the Zone are possible tax exemptions for Investors and other incentives. By investing in the Wałbrzych Special Economic Zone, the entrepreneur depending on the size of the company may obtain public aid in the amount of up to 45% (in the Dolnośląskie and Wielkopolskie voivodeships) or up to 60% (in the Opolskie Voivodeship) of the investment costs incurred or the two-year labour costs newly hired employees. The Walbrzych Special Economic Zone „INVEST-PARK” is especially recommended for locating investments in Europe and appreciated for the quality and comprehensive service provided to entrepreneurs. The WSEZ „INVEST-PARK” was also awarded for the dynamics of development of companies that have located their plants in it.
