Another successful business trip to Portugal, another great experience. In Portugal (Lisbon, Porto, Coimbra) this week with 5 Polish enterprises looking for Clients in Portugal (cosmetics, cryotherapy, defense, 2 Special Economic Zones). More than 30 individual b2b meetings have happened over 3 days overall by the PPCC initiative.

Kochański & Partners Report: „Cryptocurrency Taxation, NFT, and Metaverse Challenges”

Kochański & Partners, authors of the first metaverse report in Poland (published in March this year – link), on October 27, published a tax report that is a continuation of this topic. The latest report, „Cryptocurrency Taxation, NFT, and Metaverse Challenges”, provides a comprehensive overview of the tax consequences of cryptocurrency and NFT events and transactions. The publication of the report was accompanied by its presentation and debate with the participation of business representatives, new technology market practitioners who deal with crypto, NFT, and Metaverse topics on a daily basis, and lawyers – specialists in digital economy and taxes.

The participants discussed what can be done to make Poland retain and attract entities operating on the cryptocurrency and NFT market.

In the latest report „Cryptocurrency Taxation, NFT, and Metaverse Challenges” Kochański & Partners experts not only summarized the current situation of Polish regulations and practices of tax authorities but also presented the desired paths of its regulation, corresponding to the dynamic development of the virtual world.

The authors of the report carried out an analysis of possible solutions introduced in other countries, including those recognized as the so-called „cryptocurrency tax havens”, and EU regulations.

This report is addressed to everyone looking for reliable knowledge about the taxation of cryptocurrencies, transactions on the NFT market, as well as tax aspects corresponding to the development of the metaverse. At the same time, it is also a compendium of the most important information, that can help the legislator understand the demands of market participants and the business world, and thus enable the rational direction of cryptocurrency taxation.

Tax debate: „Metaverse, NFT and cryptocurrencies and taxes”

On October 27, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Kancelaria Prawna Kochański & Partners organizes the event „Metaverse, NFT and cryptocurrencies and taxes”.
