The Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Lisbon has the honor to inform that the 11th International Fair of Humanitarian Aid and Humanitarian Aid will be held in Warsaw on 11-13 June under the honorary patronage of the President of the Republic of Poland Andrzej Duda.

The fair that will be the largest event of its kind in Central Eastern Europe will include 3 types of events:

• „Responsible Business for Humanitarian Emergencies Seminar”
• „Warsaw Procurement Forum (WPF) Workshop”
• Fair of equipment used in humanitarian aid (logistics and communication, medical support, shelter, security, food).

Panel sessions on how to participate in projects and procurement of international organizations will be conducted by more than 30 experts from all over the world (see the current version of the Forum agenda attached).

Should you be interested in participating in individual B2B meetings with procurement officers participating in the Forum, once registered (and wiring the participation fee) you will be asked to indicate experts (max from 3 entities) you wish to meet at the individual sessions so that we arrange for a meetings’ matrix. The final possibility of a given B2B meeting depends on the given expert’s consent. Priority in meeting experts is given to the exhibitors.

Seminarium organizowane jest przez Polsko-Portugalską Izbę Gospodarczą wraz z Ambasadą Brazylii i Ambasadą Portugalii. Tym razem odbędzie się ono 13 maja 2019 r. w Bydgoszczy, od 9:00 do 13:00. Jak co roku seminarium zgromadzi ekspertów reprezentujących członków PPCC i reprezentację firm z Brazylii, którzy będą dyskutować na temat możliwości inwestycyjnych na rynku brazylijskim, a także praktycznych i prawnych aspektów prowadzenia interesów z Brazylią i Portugalią.
