‘Portugal. In the Embrace of the Ocean’ – meet the author Anna Bittner in Warsaw and Poznań
On 11 March, the book ‘Portugal. In the embrace of the ocean’ by Anna Bittner, published by Wydawnictwo Poznańskie, will be released.
It is a reporter’s travelogue about life in Portugal – a country where everyday life is determined by the rhythm of the ocean, local traditions and small coastal towns.
The book shows Portugal from the perspective of someone who lives there every day and gets to know the country beyond the tourist clichés.
You will be able to meet the author during events in Poland:
• 10 March, 6 p.m. – Warsaw, meeting with the author at Faktyczny Dom Kultury, ul. Gałczyńskiego 12.
• 13–15 March – Poznań, during the Poznań Book Fair at the Wydawnictwo Poznańskie stand (pavilion 5A).
The meetings will be an opportunity to talk to the author about Portugal, her inspirations for the book and life on the Atlantic coast.
