On March 28th, 2025, the Annual General Meeting of the Polish-Portuguese Chamber of Commerce (PPCC) took place at Bank Millennium HQ in Warsaw.

The General Meeting approved several points of the agenda, including the Financial Statements of the Chamber 2024; appointment of Mr. Jose Luís Teixeira, in representation of Jeronimo Martins Polska, as a Member of the Management Board of the Chamber; dismissal from the position of Member of the Management Board of Mrs. Maria Geraldes (Jeronimo Martins Polska) and Mr. Piotr Bienias (former Mota-Engil Central Europe). The General Meeting also approved of new yearly Membership fees in the Chamber with effect from 1 January 2026 for existing Members and from 1 April 2025 for newcoming Members.

During the meeting, we officially bid farewell Mrs. Maria Geraldes and Mr. Piotr Bienias as Members of the Management Board, thanking them for their contribution to the development of the Chamber.

Last but not least, as informed in the letter from March 19^th 2025 – after 11 years of extensive activities, introducing of many event & service formats, and doubling the Chamber’s revenues – Mr. Wojciech Baczyński General Director of the Polish-Portuguese Chamber of Commerce (PPCC) will be stepping down from his position. We would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere gratitude for his dedication and leadership.

 We are excited to announce that Mrs. Sylwia Królak-Kolęda, who has been a valuable part of the PPCC team for over 5 years, will be taking over as the new General Director as of 1 April 2025. Sylwia’s deep understanding of the Chamber’s work and her commitment to strengthening the ties between Poland and Portugal and Brazil will be invaluable as she leads us into the future projects.
