- Your personal data is processed for the purposes of: – informing you about the planned events, conferences, publications, sending out the newsletter and other marketing activities taken up prior to the voluntary consent (Art. 6, section 1, item a GDPR); – taking up on your request activities leading to considering of your membership application and to executing yourmembership in the PPCC (Art. 6, section 1, item b GDPR); – performing duties by the Administrator, which stem from the provisions of law, i.a. the accounting and tax laws (Art. 6,section 1, item c GDPR); – executing legally reasoned interests taken up by the Administrator,i.a. seeking possible claims (Art. 6, section 1, item f GDPR);
- Persons delivering and maintaining the IT infrastructure of the PPCC, other members of the PPCC, contractors providing services on commission of the Administrator and other entities that are connected to the Administrator in terms of organization may be a receiver of your data.
- Your personal data will be processed during the period of your membership in the PPCC,and after its termination for a period stipulated by specific provisions of law (i.a. tax law). When it comes to the data processed on the basis of a consent, until the consent is annulled.
- You have the right to: demand to access your personal data, withdraw it, delete it, limit its processing, transfer it as well as the right to object.
- You may withdraw the consent to process your personal data at any time. Withdrawing the consent does not apply to the processing that has been undertaken before the withdrawal.
- You have the right to file a complaint to a supervisory body competent for personal data protection.
