There was a lot of noise about the Omnibus regulation practically from the first days after it came into force. According to it, traders announcing a discount are obliged to include, in addition to the current price, information on the lowest price for a good or service that applied during the 30-day period prior to the introduction of the discount.
Customers were surprised, vendors not always ready, and The President of the Office for Competition and Consumer Protection Office has reported that several dozen traders were requested to provide information on discounts only a dozen or so days after their introduction.
However, the practical application of the regulation raises a number of serious legal questions. Kochański & Partners, therefore invite you to a meeting where Krzysztof Zięba and Monika Urban-Piotrowska will discuss the most common problems and doubts related to the application of the new regulations.
