PPCC took the patronage of a musical event with the participation of Portuguese Fado stars: Joan Amendoeira, Sara Paixão, and Carlos Leitão, which will take place on May 20 at 19:00. The concert is organized by the Association of Portuguese Lovers “My Lisbon Story”.
The concert “Fado in Katowice” will take place for the fourth time. In the beautiful interiors of the Silesian Philharmonic, we will move to musical Lisbon. The artists will take us into the world of Fado sounds, with which they charm visitors to Fado houses in the Portuguese capital on a daily basis.
Fado is traditional Portuguese music, which in 2011 was entered on the UNESCO list as an intangible heritage of humanity.
