On behalf of our Member PwC Polska, we would like to  invite you to participate in the “CFO Compass Controlling Connect Forum” conference, which will be held on 29th October 2024, from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., at the Radisson Collection Hotel in Warsaw (ul. Grzybowska 24).

The aim of the “CFO Compass Controlling Connect Forum” conference is to present an image of the modern controlling function by showing how a properly organized structure using Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) systems can contribute to the automation of routine processes and enable controllers to support the business more effectively.

During the conference, together with technology partners the experts will present a demo of solutions in areas that currently require the most support from controlling teams, e.g. cash flow. You will also learn how integrated EPM platforms help controlling managers acting as a business partner, using, among others, ML and AI tools.
