On the 30th September, the Andel’s Hotel was the venue for a Seminar about the economic potential of the Portuguese-speaking countries of Africa and Latin America, organized by the PPCC.

The meeting was organized in cooperation and with support from the Ministry of the Treasury, in particular the Minister Mr Cezary Gabryjączyk, Undersecretary of State Treasury.

The meeting was attended by: Mr Cezary Gabryjączyk,  Undersecretary of State Treasury, Mrs Jolanta Chełmińska, Łódź Provincial Governor, Mr Zbigniew Stasiak, Deputy Chairman of the Regional Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management, representatives of the Industrial Development Agency (ARP), representatives of the Polish Information and Foreign Investment Agency (PAIiIZ) and representatives of Treasury-owned companies and Łódź enterprises.

The purpose of the seminar was to familiarize participants with the markets of Brazil, Angola and Mozambique, as well as to present the means by which the enterprises’ business and potential international expansion can be supported by the Polish-Portuguese Chamber of Commerce (PPCC), the Industrial Development Agency (ARP), the Polish Information and Foreign Investment Agency (PAIiIZ) and the Regional Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management. The meeting ended with a networking session and lunch.
