Przesłanie formularza nie jest jednoznaczne z potwierdzeniem udziału firmy w misji. Polsko-Portugalska Izba Gospodarcza zastrzega sobie prawo do odwołania misji, jeśli nie zostanie zebrana minimalna ilość uczestników. Maksymalna ilość firm to 7, dla zachowania najlepszej jakości obsługi.
